Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Policy
Pre-Order items are products from the upcoming launch that can be purchased in advance within a limited timeframe. When purchasing a Pre-Order item, you will be among the first to select product in your preferred style and size. Estimated time frames are indicated on the product detail page and may take several weeks, potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated.
Upon submission of your pre-order, you will be immediately charged in full. For orders consisting of items with different shipment dates, the items will be shipped together on the latest estimates shipment date. In any case, you will be notified of any updates to the shipping date and will receive a shipping notification email as soon as the package is shipped.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed immediately to your original form of payment. Please note that refunds may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days from the order date for a merchandise credit in the full amount of the purchase price, unless precluded by applicable law. After 7 days from the order date, returns may only be made pursuant to our Return Policy. To cancel a pre-order, contact Customer Service with your order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel and Customer Service will confirm your cancellation by email and a merchandise credit will be issued if the cancellation was made within 7 days from the purchase date. Please note that merchandise credit cannot be converted to cash.
Made-to-order items are all Final Sale.
Orders paid with HPay are all Final Sale.
