Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
We strive for you to be delighted with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer free returns within 7 days of delivery of the item(s) in exchange for merchandise creditor refund in the full amount of the purchase price of the item, unless precluded by applicable law. After 7 days from the delivery date, all sales are final.  Please note any duties and taxes paid on international orders are not refundable. 

Please note, we do not currently offer refunds on orders using the payment method HPay, however you can be offered store credit. 

Non-returnable items are products that, once purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund, store credit, or replacement. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
By purchasing non-returnable items, customers acknowledge and accept the non-returnable policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the product details and ensure compatibility, suitability, and satisfaction before making a purchase.
In rare cases, exceptions to the non-returnable policy may be made for defective or damaged items. Customers must notify us within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days from receipt) and provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect or damage. We reserve the right to assess each case individually and determine whether an exception can be granted.

GUIDELINES AND EXCEPTIONS

All returns must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged with all original tags and labels attached. The original packing slip receipt is required to qualify for a return.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags when provided and should be placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. When trying on footwear, please take care to avoid marking the soles. 
  • Beauty and cosmetic products may only be returned if unopened and packaging seals are intact. 
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items may only be returned with hygiene seals intact and in unopened, undamaged product packaging. 
  • Jewelry must be returned in original condition and with all original packaging and documentation. 
  • Items labelled “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. 
  • Gift orders may be returned for merchandise credit issued to the gift recipient so long as the requirements under this Policy are met. 
  • Merchandise credit cannot be converted to cash. 

If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be processed immediately to your original form of payment. Please note that refunds may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, you will need the ORDER NUMBER on your packing slip, or the ORDER NUMBER on your Order Confirmation Email.  
Please contact our customer service to create a return authorization and a label to print. Click here to start the return process 

Once received in the warehouse, if it meets the requirements under this Policy, it will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and a merchandise credit will be issued. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed or if we need additional information to process your return.
