WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS OF G|FASHION AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Orders that are received before 12pm CEST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm CEST will be processed the next business day. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within the United States. Adult signature will be required upon delivery. GFashion cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond GFashion’s control.

- We currently are unable to ship to Russia , Ukraine and China.
- Orders may not be shipped to P.O. box or APO/FPO address.
- We cannot ship any items made with exotic skins to California.
US – Due to Department of Transportation regulations, fragrance can only be shipped via ground within Continental US.
International Order Shipping
All applicable taxes (VAT) and duties (customs tariffs) will be calculated and displayed during checkout. They are based on the purchased product's country of origin and the classification of that product in accordance with a harmonized system used by the destination country.
- If you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your county to GFashion. These fees will be deducted from your store credit/refund.
Is Signature required upon delivery of my order?
- Yes, a signature is required for purchases over $300 upon receipt of your package.
How can I track my order?
- Once your item(s) have shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. You can also view status of your order by going to “MY ACCOUNT” > “ORDERS” for most updated information including tracking.
- Changing shipping address
- Please email email@example.com within 1 hour of placing the order if changes must be made. After that we are unable to make any changes to your order.
- Do you ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we only ship to the address that is specified on your order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each address.
