PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES

PROVIDING AND PAYING FOR THE PRODUCTS
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. We accept payment with all major credit cards. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. Upon submission of your pre-order, you will be immediately charged in full. The product page and check-out page will list the estimated shipping date for your purchase, which in some cases may be several weeks away. We will notify you of updates to the estimated shipping date. If we fail to deliver by the estimated shipping date for any reason then, if you told us before we accepted your order that delivery by the estimated delivery date was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances), you may cancel the order.

If you have the right to treat the contract as at an end but do not wish to cancel, or if you do not have the right to treat it as at an end, you can give us a new deadline for delivery (which must be reasonable) and you can treat the contract as at an end if we do not meet the new deadline. If you do choose to treat the contract as at an end for late delivery (as indicated above), you can cancel your order for the goods and we will refund any sums you have paid to us for the cancelled goods and their delivery. If the goods have been delivered to you, you must return them back to us. We will pay the costs of postage or collection. Please contact Customer Service for a return label.

YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back). Please contact Customer Service.

If you have just changed your mind about the product you may be able to get a refund if you are within the 14-day cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods; this right is not available for goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized. Unwanted gifts will only qualify for store credit.

For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind from the time that you place the order until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods and receive a refund. These rights, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in these terms.

Even if we are not at fault and you do not have a right to change your mind, you can still end the contract before it is completed, but you may have to pay us compensation. The contract will end immediately and we will refund any sums paid by you for products not provided but we may deduct from that refund (or, if you have not made an advance payment, charge you) reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your ending the contract.

COSTS OF RETURN
We will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or if you are ending the contract because of an error in description or a delay in delivery due to a missed essential delivery date. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return. We will refund you the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment. We may make deductions from the price, as described below. Please note that reimbursement by credit or debit card, once credited, may take time to appear on your credit or debit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed or if we need additional information to process your return.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. Please not the following requirements for returns:

(a) All returns must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged with all original tags and labels attached.

(b) Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags when provided and should be placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. When trying on footwear, please take care to avoid marking the soles.

(c) Beauty and cosmetic products may only be returned if unopened and packaging seals are intact.

(d) Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items may only be returned with hygiene seals intact and in unopened, undamaged product packaging.

(e) Jewelry must be returned in original condition and with all original packaging and documentation.

(f) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.

OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:

(a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due;

(b) you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products, for example, updated delivery/address information;

(c) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us.

You must compensate us if you break the contract. If we end the contract in the situations set out above we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.
